This workshop is designed to help couples learn powerful and effective relationship skills to increase positive communication, manage stress, deal with differences, and maintain a happy and healthy friendship bond. Classes are held once a week for 5 weeks and a free light meal is provided at each class session.

Session 1 - INTRODUCTION - Physiology of Love (emotions and responses) and 9 IMPORTANT SKILLS FOR EVERY RELATIONSHIP
Session 2 - EMPOWER YOURSELF (self-care, health, and stress management)
Session 3 - LAY THE FOUNDATION (commitment and a healthy future) and ENLIGHTEN (really getting to know your partner, intimacy, and expectations)
Session 4 - VALUE (respect, mindfulness, and caring actions) and ATTACH (couple identity and friendship)
Session 5 - TAME (attitudes and conflict) and ENGAGE (social supports and community ties)
